Food Safety Alerts - UK Product Recalls

Are you worried about finding glass or metal in your food? Listeria in tinned goods? Incorrect labelling meaning an allergen isn't listed on something you bought in your weekly shop?

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has an API for product recalls, and I am in the process of creating Food Safety Alerts because there is a distinct lack of such an application available for the UK.

Note: This is version 0.2.x of the app, and many features do not exist, are non-functional/buggy/unreliable/partially implemented, and/or are liable to breakage in future updates.

✅ - Internal release only. Requires an Internet connection and directly pulls data from the FSA API, with a file-based cache. All data is loaded into memory - requires at least 120 MiB of free RAM and peak usage is above 220 MiB.
